Following the mudslide that happened on Monday 14th August 2017 the whole city of Freetown, Sierra Leon is in shock...

Nevertheless, Israel is providing assistance to victims in Sierra Leone following the devastating mudslides which hit the country. In accordance with instructions by PM Netanyahu to extend assistance immediately and in every way possible, Israel Ministry of Foreign Affairs, through MASHAV, the Africa Division, and the Embassy of Israel in Senegal (accredited to Sierra Leone) are exploring the exact needs of the people affected.
